My phone battery was running out and she kept me calm and said not to worry we would get this done in time and she was right. She asked me very pertinent questions that allowed her to diagnose me quickly and explained everything in great detail and was very calming she was excellent I felt Very supportive after my call with her. The detailed note that followed our conversation was outstanding. The entire process was a wonderful experience although I hope I’m not sick again but if I ever do get sick, I know this is a great resource.
